The advanced training based on the concept of positive and transcultural pedagogy is aimed at school principals, teachers and legal trainees of all school types in Hesse.


Interactive seminars with short presentations, practical exercises, self-experience and reflection, role-playing, small group work, case studies, use of stories and wisdom.


Creation of an appreciative, constructive school climate and thus the promotion of mental health of teachers, students and parents. According to the concept of positive pedagogy, knowledge is imparted to strengthen one’s own – and above all psychological – health. For the daily school communication areas (such as teaching, counseling, collegial exchange) the psychosocial relationship competence is trained sustainably. Among other things, it is about conveying proven coping strategies to help, i.e. relieving coping with the diverse tasks at schools. The teacher training is currently not taking place. However, we are in the planning stage so that the offer can be resumed soon.

The training is carried out by experienced lecturers (qualified psychologists and qualified educators) who are also international trainers of positive and transcultural psychotherapy and psychotherapists.

The training comprises six 1.5-day modules, each taking place on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
